Important details about our custom carpet manufacturing process and ordering

Why Custom Orders Only?

We don't produce stock goods. Every carpet is custom-made to client specifications, ensuring unique designs, perfect sizing, and personalized quality selection (60/80/100 knots per sq inch).

Complete In-House Manufacturing

We handle the entire process under our roof: raw wool sorting, hand carding, spinning, dyeing, weaving, trimming, washing, and packaging. No outsourcing ensures quality control.

Wool Selection Options

We use special quality blended Tibetan and New Zealand wool, but always prefer 100% Tibetan wool for its unique luster, softness, durability, and springy texture.

Design Expertise

Specializing in traditional Tibetan designs (our background in Tibetan Art & Antiques since 1970s), antique reproductions (Turkish/Persian/French), and contemporary modern art exclusive designs.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 60 knots - 45 days, 80 knots - 60 days, 100 knots - 90 days after design confirmation. Volume affects delivery time. We deliver worldwide with complete export documentation.

Cultural Reliability

We understand Tibetan rugs better than any manufacturer due to our Tibetan Art & Antiques experience. Carpet weaving is our cultural heritage - we preserve unique Tibetan knotting techniques.
